Brief Description:
The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.
Responsibilities:
Water extraction and mitigation
Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration

Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
Demolition

Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
Provide the highest level of customer service

Qualifications:
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

Position Summary

Education:

Licensure/Certification:

Language Skills:
Advanced Communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to read and interpret policy, procedures, or governmental regulations written in the English Language.
Qualifications include:
Successful implementation of redesign of program operations, strategic planning, expansion of services, and/or development of service models within a Personal Care/Assisted Living, SNF, or CCRC model.
Organizational development and leadership skills.
Ability to interpret and uphold DHS/DOH regulations.
Ability to effectively work with and report on performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: up to $19 per hour (Shift differentials offered)
Schedule: Monday-Friday and e/o weekend
What You'll Do:
Provide daily personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support)
Administer medications safely and accurately as a Med Tech
Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly
Offer companionship and emotional support
What We're Looking For:
Med Tech Certification (state-specific) required
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
Medication administration certificate issued by DHS
Diabetes Education Certificate

Position Summary
We're seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term relationships with business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs
Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Willingness to take coaching and feedback
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
