During this time, I led capital restructurings, cost reductions, and divestitures to strengthen the company’s financial position. Prior to my role at Ceridian, I served as CFO of Capella Education Company (NASDAQ: CPLA) and Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX).I am recognized as a transformational executive leader and board member, with a proven track record of creating shareholder value. I have and continue to serve on public and private corporate boards. I am known for my strong diplomatic skills and natural affinity for cultivating relationships and persuading, convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
