Follows up with lead within 24 hours of receipt and documents outcome on monthly Mortgage pipeline report.
Consistently stays involved in community networking groups and volunteerism.
Required Qualifications:
NMLS-Nationwide Multistate License System Upon Hire Required
High School Diploma / GED Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years Mortgage Sales Origination
Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac & Underwriting Regulations associated
Knowledge of FEMA Regulations and Requirements
Knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act
Experience in underwriting to various “Investor Regulations”
Knowledge of banking products and service offerings
Experience in following MLO process and procedures
