What You'll Do:
Handle incoming and outgoing non-professional level phone inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
Update patient demographic information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Respond to inquiries and provide information such as business hours, delivery services, price information, prescription status, and/or refill availability.
Ensure that all newly enrolled mail-order patients have been completely and successfully signed up.
Actively promotes and educates patients on all pharmacy services, including the mail order process and auto-refill.
Complete third-party rebilling process, including contacting insurance companies for authorization.
May perform Lead duties by acting as a liaison between staff and the direct supervisor. Manages breaks, lunches, sick calls and overtime. Provides insights to leaders regarding the skill level and performance of the employees. Responsible for providing training to new employees and existing staff when needed. Performs quality audits as directed.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
One year of pharmacy assistant, office, administrative, patient care, call center or customer service experience.
Pharmacy Assistant state registration within 60 days of employment

What You'll Do:

Qualifications:

High School Diploma and Four years of work experience in an office environment, working with programs, working in a non-profit organization, and/or working in social services may be substituted for required education depending on the contract.
Three years' experience coordinating social service programs, including two years' experience supervising staff.
May require program specific certification post-employment.
Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.

What You'll Do:
Enter patient data in the system including patient name, insurance, allergies, doctor and diagnosis. Enter the prescription in the system, selecting the brand, product/drug, and appropriate strength to align with the instructions given by the prescribing Provider.
Fill or dispense the product from the pharmacy stock and delivers to patient.
Process prescription refills verifying refill availability.
Maintain awareness of stock level and enters order for restocking based on defined minimum inventory levels. Verify quantity and submits order to the Wholesaler.
Verify product orders received with invoice and purchase order. Place a sticker on each item and places on the shelf.
Monitor and check expiration dates on drugs in stock and prepares expired stock for return to Wholesaler. Process credit invoices associated with the returns.
Return or discard dispensed prescription to stock if not picked up by patient in 30 days. Enter information in the system for reverse billing.
Complete third-party billing form and contacts Provider if prior authorization is required.

What You'll Do:
Conduct nutritional screening and assessment for patients/clients to include anthropometric and laboratory data, collection of nutrition history, calculation of nutrition adequacy, and identification of drug-nutrient interactions.
Utilize motivational interviewing to identify desired goals and outcomes of nutrition care in collaboration with the patient/client and health care professionals. Considers the variables that may influence the patient/client's food-related behaviors, including culture and social determinants of health.
Evaluate and provide evidence-based nutrition recommendations to address patient/client medical needs. Complete documentation in the appropriate electronic medical record to document patient/client interaction.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Dietetics from a U.S. regionally accredited college, university, or foreign equivalent for new graduates after January 2024. Dietitians credentialed prior to Jan 2024 are allowed to be grandfathered in with a Bachelor's Degree. A Master's Degree in Dietetics serves as two years of experience for job offer purposes.
Completion of ACEND (Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics) accredited academic coursework in a Didactic Program in Dietetics

What You'll Do:
Completes CANS Assessment and screens individuals to determine eligibility for the WISe program using state-mandated criteria.
Facilitates Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and guides the team wraparound process through all phases, and ensures all CFT members receive appropriate documents. Utilize consensus-building techniques to meet the needs of the youth and family.
Encourages each CFT member to identify their priority concerns, work proactively to minimize areas of potential conflict, and acknowledge the mandates of others involved in child-serving systems.
Recruits and identifies natural supports to join the CFT to support and assist the youth/family's stabilization and functioning in their community. Ensure respect for the input and needs of the youth and family when forming the team.
Be the central point of communication for members of the CFT and coordinate team-based planning.
Provides case management services and identifies needs such as transportation, food, medical services, and housing. Teach families how to find resources within their community. Documents all referrals made to other resources.
Provides supportive counseling utilizing behavioral strategies when working with individuals and families.
Develops and monitors individual care plans for assigned individuals and families. Monitors and adapts strengths-based goals and objectives using the CANS Assessment scores to assess progress and achieve stability.
Establishes and maintains rapport with clients to encourage participation and retention in the program.
Facilitates crisis support meetings and develops collaborative crisis support plans for each individual/family. Monitors and adapts plans to stabilize and support youth during times of crisis.
Provide 24-hour crisis support to clients enrolled in WISe by phone or responding to the home, hospital or community setting.
Completes Full CANS Assessment as required to identify strengths and needs, and monitor progress.
Meets or exceeds productivity standards for position.
Documents activities, concerns, and behavior issues in program participant's record and completes all documentation as required by funder and outside organizations.
Participates in various community meetings to collaborate with other community professionals in the treatment of the individual, with supervisory input, e.g., schools, courts, DSHS, correctional facilities, and other health care providers.
Prepares necessary reports and documentation for outside organizations; attends meetings and represents agency as requested by supervisor. Conveys treatment team recommendations as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling or related field.

Application for registration as an Agency Affiliated Counselor in the State of Washington must be submitted within one month of hire.

What You'll Do:
Conduct nutritional screening and assessment for patients/clients to include anthropometric and laboratory data, collection of nutrition history, calculation of nutrition adequacy, and identification of drug-nutrient interactions.
Utilize motivational interviewing to identify desired goals and outcomes of nutrition care in collaboration with the patient/client and health care professionals. Located in Toppenish and Spokane, WA, this program provides advanced training that surpasses traditional academic learning, undergraduate pharmacy clerkships, and general community pharmacy practice.
Residents will develop and deliver patient care services, focusing on managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk, hepatitis C, and anticoagulation. They will also contribute to setting and achieving departmental goals to enhance pharmaceutical services and patient care standards.
To meet these objectives, residents will participate in both required and optional experiences within the YVFWC organization. These experiences include primary care services, clinic-based pharmacy management, central fill and specialty pharmacy operations, care for patients with HIV, refugee services, and administrative practices. Additionally, residents will have opportunities to engage in research and gain teaching experience through our partnership with the WSU College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Overall, this program emphasizes delivering pharmaceutical care to improve patient outcomes, regardless of the patient's background or circumstances.

What We Offer
$22.29-$27.31/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
What You'll Do:
Enter patient data in the system, including patient name, insurance, allergies, doctor, and diagnosis. Enter the prescription in the system, selecting the brand, product/drug, and appropriate strength to align with the instructions given by the prescribing Provider
Fill or dispense the product from the pharmacy stock and deliver it to the patient
Process prescription refills, verifying refill availability
Maintain awareness of stock level and enter orders for restocking based on defined minimum inventory levels. Verify quantity and submit order to the Wholesaler
Verify product orders received with the invoice and purchase order. Place a sticker on each item and place it on the shelf
Monitor and check expiration dates on drugs in stock and prepare expired stock for return to the Wholesaler. Process credit invoices associated with the returns
Return or discard dispensed prescriptions to stock if not picked up by the patient in 30 days. Enter information in the system for reverse billing
Complete the third-party billing form and contact the Provider if prior authorization is required
Perform other duties as assigned
Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
One year's experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
Pharmacy Technician license for states of practice or Pharmacy Intern License
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates with a score of 9 may be eligible for bilingual differential pay
Effective verbal and listening communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, faxing, scanning, and copying
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize work while performing multiple tasks requiring attention to detail
Basic proficiency with a variety of computer systems, including Microsoft Office, is preferred
Basic knowledge of a minimum of one pharmacy software system and the ability to learn new systems
This job will require a pre-employment drug screen, which would take place after extending a conditional offer of employment

10 hr shifts and rotating Saturday
What You'll Do:
Maintain and update patient medical records, including vital signs, treatments, and medications, and review immunization records.
Prepare for patient visits by reviewing files, ensuring necessary reports are available, and collaborating with Providers for efficient scheduling and continuity of care
Prepare and maintain exam rooms, explain procedures to patients, provide education and coaching, respond to patient questions and concerns, and assist physicians during exams and procedures
Collect and prepare lab specimens, administer medication, and perform other assigned clinical responsibilities
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited medical assisting program (one-year certificate/diploma or two-year Associate Degree) from CAAHEP or ABHES, with a minimum of 720 training hours, including at least 160-hour clinical externship
One year's experience as a CMA is preferred
CPR certification within 90 days of hire
Must have Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant interim certification from the WA State Department of Health
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at a level 10
Medical knowledge for understanding theories, reasons, and technical aspects of medicine
Strong people skills to handle diverse personalities, backgrounds, and situations
Excellent multitasking ability to manage varied workloads
