We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. What we're looking for... * High school diploma or GED. * One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. * At least 18 years of age * Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. * Legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements * Ability to lift 10 pounds. * Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date.
