Description
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, we value providing superior customer service 24/7 and are committed to the successful operation of our Help Desk. We are seeking a qualified service desk specialist to assist our customers with questions and problems concerning applications, computer systems, and software. The specialist will work with customers remotely guiding them through applications, resetting passwords and troubleshooting. Define and own the release process for custom applications.
