Introduction to the team
We are currently seeking a Paraplanner for our Moss Adams Wealth Advisors practice, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Moss Adams Wealth Advisors provides collaborative wealth management strategies and financial planning services to build, manage, and preserve net worth.

Responsibilities:
* Collects, validates, and analyzes financial data
* Inputs data into financial planning software and the develops of initial planning recommendations
* Assists with ongoing portfolio monitoring and account maintenance
* Interacts with other team members and departments to coordinate the delivery of service to clients
* Provides ongoing support of client relationships, handles day-to-day client requests and issues
* Provides efficient and accurate year-end tax information to CPAs
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in related field required
* 1 year of wealth management and investment advisory experience preferred
* Experience in a public accounting or professional services firm environment preferred
* Insurance knowledge preferred
* Series 65 preferred and/or willing to obtain within 180 days of hire
* Experience with CRM, portfolio accounting, rebalancing and or financial planning software preferred

Introduction to the team
Our Mergers and Acquisitions practice works with owners and investors to help them ease their tax burden and quantify tax exposures in a wide range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side, restructuring, taxable and tax-free transactions. We provide our clients with tax due diligence, tax structuring, quantitative tax modeling services, transaction agreement review and consultation and tax technical support.

Responsibilities:
Assist Managers and Partners in engagement management of clients, conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
Work directly with client leaders and alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&A tax activities
Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
Create draft reports for management review
Research issues that arise during the course of engagement

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting or related field required
Master's degree in Taxation or JD with LLM in taxation preferred
