Members of our Transaction Services group will work alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other M&A activities. **Responsibilities:**
+ Engagement management with clients includes routinely working directly with c-suite executives to perform financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries

For this position, the base salary pay range is $109,000 to $148,000 for Consultant level and $125,000 to $170,000 for Senior Consultant level. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Sr Network Engineer

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping and supporting our global network infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments. You'll design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance network solutions, while mentoring Infrastructure Operations team members to enhance Tier I/II support and monitoring capabilities. Your contributions will drive our enterprise connectivity strategy, with a strong focus on innovation, reliability, and security with focus cloud networking solutions.
What You'll Do:
* Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure and AWS cloud networking solutions. This includes technologies such as Site2Site and client VPNs, NextGen enterprise firewalls, cloud load balancers, office switching and wireless services, AWS Transit Gateway, and AWS CloudWAN.
* Implement highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise and cloud network infrastructures across multi-cloud, multi-region environments. This includes platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and on-premises network stack.
* Monitor and optimize network performance across global office and cloud environment locations to ensure reliability and availability using cloud monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and collaborating with both internal cross-function teams as well as external vendors to ensure timely resolution and clear communication
* Champion the adoption of SD-WAN, Zero Trust architecture, and modern remote access technologies.
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure.
* Serve as escalation point for tier I/II teams and participate in infrastructure on-call rotation.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in network security and architecture.
What You Bring:
* Demonstrated experience in enterprise network engineering, with deep expertise in routing, switching, DNS, and network security. Experience with Palo Alto and HPE/Aruba switching and wireless technologies is preferred.
* Extensive hands-on experience with cloud networking in AWS; familiarity with Azure and/or GCP is a plus.
* Experience with AWS Transit Gateway, Network/Application Load balancers CloudWAN, NACLs, and VPC/Direct Connect peering connections highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and mentor Infrastructure Operations team members.
* Desire and willingness to step outside of skillset comfort zones
