Vendor Coordination: Partner with vendors and manufacturers to manage claim documentation and approvals. Documentation: Ensure all warranty paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with manufacturer criteria. Financial Control: Reconcile warranty receivables, coordinate with accounting, and verify deductibles are collected. Compliance & Updates: Stay current on factory recalls, announcements, and warranty procedures. Relationship Building: Establish positive working relationships with manufacturer and aftermarket warranty representatives. Quality Review: Audit repair orders for accuracy, codes, and administrative data before submission. Claims Management: Resubmit rejected claims promptly and maintain detailed records of claim status.
