Previous Call Center Experience Preferred As a Service Coordinator for the Service Department, you'll 1. In this position as the ideal Customer Service Representative, you'll wow callers with your upbeat, energetic, skillful, sincere and courteous service, so these callers will immediately feel glad they called upon hearing your voice. Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, and every other Saturday 8AM-4PM Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18.00/hr. to $21.00/hr. Demonstrated excellent phone skills, communication skills, both verbal and written. A highly professional approach and appearance, and demonstrated dedication to customer service The ability to handle difficult callers in order to reach a smooth, peaceful and mutually satisfying resolution A demonstrated ability to confidently and skillfully use a computer and computer software. An ability and willingness to be flexible to handle multiple tasks. A bilingual language ability would be a plus (Spanish) High school diploma or the equivalent. Wash & vacuum vehicles for the Body Shop Department Clean driveway and sidewalks Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed Make key tags for vehicles Inspect vehicle for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery Restore using appropriate materials Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle, clean interior and exterior windows Apply special-purpose cleaner to remove foreign materials Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment Apply dressing on tires and tire wells Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles Operate all tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand & body protection Perform other duties as assigned.
