Most days I get to plan my own schedule, and do things on my own time

Cons of working at Motion Industries

Compensation is ONLY commission, and is mostly based on what accounts are given to you by management. There is also an on call schedule for 24 hour calls.

Motion Industries benefits

I do like having a company truck, and do not have to pay for gas. I can also somewhat work fom home when needed
