The CSR Planner will support a highly technical manufacturing environment by managing customer orders, coordinating production and delivery activities, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and internal systems

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, production timelines, delivery schedules, and billing
