Mac Fleet Management: Deploy and configure Macintosh workstations using Jamf. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for the entire studio staff.

Peripherals & Infrastructure: Maintain and troubleshoot studio infrastructure, including Wi-Fi connectivity, network ports, Zoom Room configurations, and internal corporate badge printers.
Physical Setup: Manage the physical setup of computer equipment on carts and workstations for incoming talent and crew.
2. Scripting, Automation & AI

The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise during construction.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including budget updates, timelines, and potential risks.
Ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety standards, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage procurement processes and liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical project management, with a focus on commercial and industrial construction.
Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects, including data centers and mission-critical facilities.
Strong knowledge of NEC codes and standards, as well as experience with MEP systems in various environments, including hospitals and airports.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus.

requires knowledge of the Food Service Equipment industry. PROJECT MANAGER/INSIDE SALES We are working with a NAFEM manufacturer, located in the greater San Francisco area, wanting to add to their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Issue quotes per specifications and drawings received from dealers, consultants, architects, interior designers, end-users, etc.
Coordinate and manage customer activities including follow-ups with customers, Engineering , internal marketing and design team to ensure customer's needs are met.
Answer incoming sales-related calls
Host customer visits to showroom as required
Attend trade shows 1-2 times per year, no more than one-week in duration per show
Requirements
Proficiency with AQ (AutoQuotes)
Proficiency with reading and understanding plans, CAD drawings and written specifications
Food service industry experience, preferably from another manufacturer
A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or relevant 3-5 years work experience
