Motiva Enterprises CEO and leadership

Rose Sink was named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Motiva, effective July 1, 2020.

In this role, Rose oversees management of all the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, tax, trading risk and compliance. Rose is a passionate, engaging leader with nearly three decades of industry experience in business operations and financial management. During her career she has demonstrated an excellent track record of maintaining disciplined financial controls while building and leading highly collaborative and productive teams.

Before assuming her current role, Rose served as General Manager of Supply & Logistics for Motiva, overseeing the safe, efficient operation of the company’s terminal and pipeline assets, in addition to groups responsible for supply scheduling, commercial contracting, marine and land logistics. She joined Motiva in 2014 as Refining Finance Manager and since then has held multiple leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Motiva, Rose spent more than two decades at Shell, serving in a variety of leadership roles in both Finance and Accounting.

Rose earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Texas. She serves on the board of directors of First Coast Energy and volunteers her time as an organizational mentor within Motiva and as a community partner with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Buffalo Bayou Partnership and the United Negro College Fund.

Rose and her husband Ellis live in Houston with their two daughters, Kendall and Annie. In their free time they enjoy traveling, spending time with family and volunteering.

He has more than 36 years of industry experience in operating and executive leadership positions within the petroleum industry, having worked in Venezuela, the United Kingdom and various locations throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Motiva Enterprises, Coffman served as senior vice president, Refining, for Andeavor (formerly Tesoro) leading the operation of 10 refineries located throughout the western United States from 2013 through 2017.

Coffman began his career with Conoco in 1983 successfully completing a formal Management Development Program designed to develop future leaders of that company. While at Conoco, he served in a variety of capacities and locations including Upgrader General Manager and executive committee member at Petrozuata, a joint venture between Conoco and PDVSA located in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela; President, ConocoPhillips Pipeline, Houston, Texas; General Manager, Bayway Refinery, Linden, New Jersey; and, General Manager, Humber Refinery and Lead UK executive, the United Kingdom.

He serves as member of the board of directors of Motiva Enterprises. He also serves on the board and executive committee of the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufactures (AFPM), the board of the American Petroleum Institute (API), and the board of the Greater Houston Partnership.

Coffman received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University in 1982, and a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University in 1983. Following high school, he served in the United States Air Force and active Utah Air National Guard from 1975 to 1983.

Jason Guidry is a Chief Inspector - Port Arthur Chemicals (Formerly FHR) at Motiva Enterprises and is based in Port Arthur, Texas. He has worked as Consultant at Huntsman - Inspection Dept. at Plumlee Associates, Chief Inspector - Port Arthur Chemicals at Flint Hills Resources, and Consultant at Flint Hills Resources - Inspection Dept. at ENGLOBAL CORP. Jason attended SAN JACINTO COLLEGE and Lamar University.
