John Reynolds brings 30 years of diverse business and consulting experience, most recently in his role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CIT Group, where he focused on rebuilding the HR infrastructure, on developing cost alignment strategies, and on divesting the bank’s assets in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Mr. Reynolds also held senior leadership positions at KBC Bank USA and McLagan Consulting, in addition to running his own independent human capital consultancy focused on small and mid-sized firms. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reynolds held senior human resource and business management roles over a 15-year period with Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. John’s favorite bike routes is the West Side greenway, and he has ridden our bikes in every system except Melbourne.

Dwight Navis is a CCO & President at Motivate! and Business Development Manager at ATCC and is based in Carlsbad, California. He has worked as Vice President Sales & Marketing US at POLYPLUS - TRANSFECTION; Key Account Manager at Exiqon; and VP- Business Development, Brainware Member - Self Employed at M.A.D. MARKETING GROUP. Dwight works or has worked as Domain Expert at CONNECT Springboard. He studied at Calvin University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Stanford University between 2014 and 2015.
