Etienne was Chief of Technology & Innovation for the Enterprise Product Organization at FIS, Fortune 500’s #1 financial technology company from 2009 until 2013. He was CTO and Vice President of Clear2Pay before it was acquired by FIS in 2014. Etienne was the CTO of FICS and the Head of Research and Technology at S1 Corporation (the very first Internet Banking solution). Etienne was the brain behind several highly scalable real-time transaction processing platforms in internet Banking and Payment Hubs, implemented at thousands of banks worldwide and breaking several processing volume records, while leveraging innovative technologies. Etienne has also worked as a strategic consultant for Arthur D Little and advisor for several Venture Capital funds, advising banks and telecom companies on e-finance and m-pay strategies. He is also a member of the boards of younger startups active in cyber-security or FinTech in general. Etienne holds a MSc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Liege and the Ecole Polytechnique of Mons in Belgium, as well as an executive MBA from INSEAD Fontainebleau (France). He is fluent in four languages and has expatriate experience living in the U.S.

Kristy was the Managing Director of Finance and Operations at Corsair Capital, managing the fund accounting, reporting and operations functions. Prior to joining Corsair, Kristy was an Associate in the Finance and Administration group within the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, Kristy primarily focused on the accounting, reporting and operations of the Goldman Sachs Capital Partners funds. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Kristy was an Assistant Vice President within the finance division of Corporate Investments at Deutsche Bank AG. Kristy accounted for proprietary direct investments and private equity fund interests. Kristy also worked at Ernst & Young LLP, leaving the firm as a Manager. Kristy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University.
