Position Overview
Fuse Advisors is seeking a proactive and collaborative Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach to join our growing team. Reporting to the Manager, Management Operating Systems, the MOS Coach will work directly with clients to implement, sustain, and continuously improve their Management Operating Systems.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operational professional with 7+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or frontline leadership. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, a passion for coaching and capability-building, and an ability to drive behavioral change on the ground.
This is position would require a 2-week on 2-week off rotation to site.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, implementation, and embedding of Management Operating Systems within client organizations.
Deliver coaching, training, and facilitation to frontline supervisors, middle management, and cross-functional teams to build sustainable MOS practices.
Observe day-to-day operations to identify gaps, opportunities, and barriers to system adoption and performance improvement.
Help develop and implement standardized tools, routines, reports, and visual management practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to client teams, supporting leadership behaviors that drive accountability, engagement, and results.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to both client teams and internal Fuse Advisors project leads.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the Fuse Advisors MOS practice.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
7+ years of operational or continuous improvement experience in industries such as mining, civil, energy, or other heavy industries. Must have experience within the mining sector.
Practical experience with Management Operating Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational improvement frameworks.
Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and influence positive change.
Hands-on approach with a willingness to spend time in operational environments (both virtually and on-site as required).
Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented with a focus on building client capability.
Legally eligible to work in Canada and located within the country.

Operates a motor vehicle safely and courteously, transporting customers over the various lines in COTA's system while complying with all state and local traffic laws.

May operate any motor vehicle of 30 feet or less on the Neighborhood Circulator Route Board when required.

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and able to obtain/maintain a Commercial Driver's License.

Job Summary

Essential Job Duties
• Follows member throughout a 30 day program that starts at hospital admission and continues oversight through transitions from acute setting to all other settings, including nursing facility placement/private home, with the goal of reduced readmissions.
• Ensures safe and appropriate transitions by collaborating with the hospital discharge planner, as well as collaborating with hospitalists, outpatient providers, facility staff, and family/support network.
• Ensures member transitions to setting with adequate caregiving and functional support, as well as medical and medication oversight support.
• Works with participating ancillary providers, public agencies or other service providers to make sure necessary services and equipment are in place for safe transition.
• Conducts face-to-face visits of all members while in the hospital and, home visits high-risk members post-discharge as needed.
• Coordinates care and reassesses member needs using the Coleman Care Transition model post-discharge.
• Educates and supports member focusing on seven primary areas (Transition of Care Pillars): medication management, use of personal health record, follow-up care, signs and symptoms of worsening condition, nutrition, functional needs and or home and community-based services, and advance directives.
• Uses motivational interviewing and Molina clinical guideposts to educate, support and motivate change during member contacts.
• Assesses for barriers to care, provides care coordination and assistance to member to address concerns.
• Facilitates interdisciplinary care team meetings (ICT) and collaboration.
• Provides consultation, recommendations and education as appropriate to non-behavioral health care managers.
• 40-50% local travel may be required (based upon state/contractual requirements).
Required Qualifications
• At least 2 years experience in health care, with at least 1 year of experience in hospital discharge planning, care management or behavioral health setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN). License must be active and unrestricted in state of practice.

* Educates and supports member focusing on seven primary areas (Transition of Care Pillars): medication management, use of personal health record, follow-up care, signs and symptoms of worsening condition, nutrition, functional needs and or home and community-based services, and advance directives.
* Uses motivational interviewing and Molina clinical guideposts to educate, support and motivate change during member contacts.
* Assesses for barriers to care, provides care coordination and assistance to member to address concerns.
* Facilitates interdisciplinary care team meetings (ICT) and collaboration.
* Provides consultation, recommendations and education as appropriate to non-behavioral health care managers.

Job DescriptionThe primary function of the Bus Operator is to transport riders and operate and manage the occupants of 42 and 54 passenger yellow school buses for regular morning daily routes safely and professionally. In addition, athletic events and field trips may be assigned by Maumee Valley Country Day School as needed. In the event that there are no athletic, Dayal House, or field trips, this position may be asked to run the afternoon bus route for students.
This position reports to the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds and collaborates closely with the Dayal House personnel and students, the Athletic Director and Coaches, the School Receptionist, and is a member of the Maintenance and Buildings and Grounds team. This position is an hourly staff position and does not include benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATION
The Bus Operator must:
Be in possession of a valid Ohio driver's license with a school bus endorsement and currently certified to operate a yellow school bus in the State of Ohio.
Carry out the required daily pre-service bus inspection and turn in documentation of the results
Pass the mandated yearly physical
Submit to and pass drug and alcohol testing both on yearly and random basis
Submit to and pass criminal background checks and driver's record checks
Fill out a time and route sheet at the end of each run
Be available by phone
Communicate effectively and respectfully with riders, co workers, supervisors and parents
Design, follow, and carry out daily route sheets in a safe and timely manner (as needed)
Identify and communicate major and minor mechanical issues in a timely manner that can affect the safe transport of riders
Fulfill the four-hour inservice requirements and attend other inservice opportunities as assigned
Demonstrate good attendance, professional conduct,and appearance and work
