The Wraparound Coach is responsible for providing the NC Wraparound team with structured supervision on developing individualized youth-guided, family driven care and planning.

Responsibilities
The Wraparound Coach is responsible for providing ongoing clinical oversight and supervision.


Overview of Responsibilities


Oversees program administration, including adherence to contract scope of services requirements. Assists in preparation and adherence to program budget and ensuring that data is provided in a timely manner. Oversees the NC Wraparound Team as they complete the training and the credentialing requirements of the program, reviews the roles of the NC Wraparound Team with each member, understands the roles of the agencies and community that work with the team, and clarifies the supports and expectations available to the NC Wraparound Team during the High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) process. Responsible for helping the NC Wraparound Team understand the topics of training and developing an understanding of how to apply what they have learned through the activities and discussions of the curriculum. This includes behavioral rehearsal so the NC Wraparound Team can practice HFW before doing it with youth and families. Collaborates with the Facilitator, Youth Partner, Family Partner, the MCOs, and other key stakeholders throughout the community. Implements the four phases of HFW: Engagement, Team Preparation, Initial Plan Development, Implementation, and Transition. Makes sure the Team adheres to the HFW Ten Principles: family and youth voice choice, team based, natural supports, collaboration, community based, culturally competent, individualized, strengths based, persistence/unconditional care, and outcome based. Supports learning for the NC Wraparound Team, works to complete observations of the NC Wraparound Team’s performance, and documents these observations to support continuous improvement of the NC Wraparound Team dynamics. Provides weekly supervision to Wraparound Team and a minimum of monthly supervision for up to four Facilitators. Oversees new intakes, referrals and admissions through active relationship building with referral sources and pushing the urgency of census at all times. Facilitates trainings and in-services as necessary to ensure quality of care. Ensures successful completion of internal and external audits. Performs other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor or program leadership. Ensure implementation of all treatment modalities used within the agency using Family Systems Theory, Eco-structural Theory, Trauma-Informed Care, Relationship-Focused Care, and any other clinically relevant theoretical practices.
Required Skills
Qualifications:


Master’s degree in a human service-related field At least two years of supervisory experience Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families with complex needs required Must be credentialed as a Qualified Health Professional LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other licensure preferred A valid NC driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

Job Summary: The Coach Supervisor of the Youth Services Program at Seamen's Society for Children and Families plays an integral part in Enhanced Family Foster Care (EFFC) and is responsible for ensuring youth are provided with individualized attention and support. The department aims to put youth on stable paths by focusing on their academic success, career development, and independent living supports. The Supervisor's overall job is to support up to 9 Coaches in building relationships with young people and helping them progress towards their goals. The program remains with youth through age 26, or until they are on a living wage career path.
Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides ongoing supervision to Empowerment Coaches, enabling them to provide appropriate and consistent services through ongoing training and skills development.

· Guide Coaches to use Motivational Interviewing techniques to develop and follow action plans with young people

· Supports Coaches with the academic and career development goal-setting process, including walking through how to use the process maps and dashboards, and selecting goals based on that young person's situation

· Help Coaches prevent and navigate crises, as they arise.

· Supports staff in developing strong relationships with adolescents using effective modeling of pro-social skills.

· Forms strong relationships with agency staff including case planners and other departments to create a collaborative culture within the program

· Works collaboratively with other system providers to conduct outreach to outside community agencies and provide direction to all program staff.

· Ensures documentation requirements into all databases; Care4 platform and Connections

· Responsible for ensuring transitional Medicaid applications, Preparing Youth for Adulthood (PYA), and discharge checklists for all youth are completed.
