Your Role
As Head of Vehicle Remarketing - USA, you lead and create the strategic vision for optimizing our fleet sales strategies. You will develop a strong buyer base for FINN, including large dealer groups, individual dealers and established used car retailers. You will oversee all departmental performance reporting on OKR's and KPI's and prepare specific overviews of performance for leadership meetings. Reporting directly to the Chief Fleet Officer-USA, you will lead the development of key vehicle remarketing strategies and products and build your team appropriately as the business scales.
Your ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop a world-class team: You are responsible to build and lead your team, inspiring them to go the extra mile for the departments' and FINN's goals. You coach and develop your team members to unleash their potential and give them a vision for their future at FINN.Enable your team: You introduce processes, tools and frameworks that ensure effective (and fun) collaboration in your team and beyond. You motivate the team to develop, test and make mistakes while at the same time ensure to mitigate risk and learn quickly.Shape the Fleet department's vision and strategy: You enable data-based decisions across our department, helping to identify blind spots, optimize fleet planning and profitability, and automate wherever possible in close collaboration with our engineering team. You align and support in implementing next actions across departments and are a crucial part of our management team.Create transparency and alignment: You have the department-wide overview over all running initiatives as well as intersections with other departments and facilitate quarterly planning. This enables you to align stakeholders, create transparency for everyone involved, and highlight conflicts between initiatives.
