Quality Control: Inspect wound coils for defects, such as improper winding tension, wire misalignment, or insulation issues. Perform testing to ensure the coils meet required electrical and mechanical specifications. Machine Setup and Maintenance: Set up winding equipment for different motor types and sizes. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of winding machines and tools to maintain operational efficiency. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to winding machinery, material handling, or motor assembly.
