Department OverviewThe Services Quote to Cash Orderability team is responsible for services implementation in our various IT systems (CRM, ERP, CPQ and Lifecycle Management Systems). The Services Quote to Cash Orderability Role is responsible for understanding service offer requirements, future vision, current IT system capabilities, and IT system roadmaps to design and implement end to end quote to cash solutions in our quote to cash environment. The role is responsible for working with cross functional teams (Service Offer Management, Information Technology, Sales, Go-to-Market, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain and Services) for end-to-end design, definition, configuration and implementation of service offers to provide service orderability from quoting to fulfillment to revenue recognition and to provide better user experiences to our end customers, partners, resellers and salesforce. Job Description We are looking for a Quote to Cash Expert with experience in delivering successful projects and driving cross functional business process transformation to join our team. This role evaluates, guides, defines and designs any process or system change for end to end Product and Services Orderability from Sales Quoting, Order Fulfillment, Finance, Reporting and Service/Contract Management. You will be responsible for comprehensive knowledge of the current processes and systems utilized within the various business support functions in Motorola Solutions as well as understanding planned future state functions and optimizations. You will be responsible for reviewing, understanding, and assessing service offer requirements to provide a solution and design for implementation within the systems for all impacted teams. You will be responsible to propose and drive future needed capabilities with IT to meet service offer and customer experience vision. What You'll Do: Responsible for understanding service offer requirements and business process requirements, evaluating requirements and assessing viability and capability of IT systems to provide assessment for implementation. Serve as a Services Quote to Cash implementation and flow subject matter expert. Work closely with Services Offer Management and IT work partners, as well as other cross functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Service Delivery, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing etc) to understand requirements, vision, roadmaps to determine impact on quote to cash flows. Design and capture high level solutions and end to end process flows for service offers and major initiatives within our system architecture. Analyze and highlight any gaps or inefficiencies within the system architecture to propose and drive future development. Perform Change impact analysis on both offer requirements and end-to-end system flows for new capabilities being introduced. Partner closely with IT Architect on the assigned projects to complement technical analysis with business analysis. Own and maintain process documentation and workflow architectures that are relevant to service offer requirements and system environment. Additional Qualified Skills: Experience in various methodologies for business process management across ERP and CRM systems. Experience with business processes in Oracle PLM, EBS, CPQ is required. Experience with Order to Cash, Quote to Cash process creation is desired. Knowledge of subscription, revenue management platforms, and cloud environments is preferred. Proficiency in one or more ERP and CRM systems, like Oracle, is required Experience with development tools such as JIRA, Confluence. Experience in the IT field or related engineering field is highly preferred. Able to learn new technology quickly, become the expert, solve the problem and teach others. Experienced with creating business process models and using them to describe business requirements. Has strong requirement gathering, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written, speaking and interpersonal skills. Experience working with remote teams in a global environment. Experience with Telecommunication domain knowledge is preferred. Knowledge or understanding of some basic software programming language (e.g.SQL, PL/SQL, Google Script) is preferred. Experience with ERP Systems: * Have practical experience with EDI-specific integration with Oracle ERP and Siebel, including Trading Partner setup. * Possess functional and technical expertise in the XML Gateway module within Oracle ERP. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required. * 12+ years of experience including a minimum of 5+ years of management experience. * Architect, design and implement comprehensive end-to-end solutions utilizing EDI transactions experience. * Experience with common EDI standards, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and TRADACOMS. * Experience with integration platforms that support EDI transactions, such as Cleo. * Oracle ERP XML Gateway and Siebel experience Preferred Qualifications: * Strong communication abilities to effectively bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. * Working experience with third-party Value Added Networks (VANs). * Experience EDI Implementation, planning, scheduling, and coordinating stakeholders * Experience with Data formatting * Strong Leadership and Management skills * Platform and operation support skills * Business analytical skills * Note this role supports around-the-clock production.
