THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. This position will report to the Senior IT Support Lead.
This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, at Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting/researching hardware and software issues on desktop or laptop systems.
* Respond to Help Desk IT support tickets in a timely manner.
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to the company's IT infrastructure and support processes.
* Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software assets.
* Manage on-boarding and off-boarding functions, including account creation/disabling, communication, and hardware deployment/recovery in concert with HR and Facilities.
* System configuration and deployment for all Windows, Linux, and mac OS endpoints and peripherals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 3+ years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, and/or maintaining software and hardware installations, upgrades, and related procedures.
* Proficient PC skills in a Windows and IOS environment required.
* Experience with Layer 1 Networking and Cabling.
* Experience installing/uninstalling and licensing/de-licensing enterprise software.
* Highly proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Have working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Intune.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Demonstrated ability to operate as a team member, supporting departmental decisions, policies, and procedures with a positive attitude and communications (both to team members and other staff).
* Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Keep the office area clean and tidy.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Electronics Quality Technician II reports to the Quality Supervisor on the Operations - Quality Control team. The successful individual in this role will support
StreamCaster™ MANET
product development and manufacturing.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct advanced visual inspection and rework per IPC-J-STD 001 standards.
Perform continuity, resistance, and voltage checks to support root cause analysis.
Build and repair custom cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and test fixtures.
Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and test equipment under supervision.
Support RMA processing by performing initial diagnostic checks on returned units.
Collaborate with Quality Engineers to identify process improvements and recurring issues.
Document inspection results and communicate non-conformances effectively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED, or an Associate's degree in Electronics, with 1 year of relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics assembly, inspection, or rework.
Strong soldering skills with fine-pitch SMT components.
Familiarity with basic test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, power supply).
Proficient in Windows-based data entry and documentation tools.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a Quality Control Inspector III who will report to the Quality Control Inspection Supervisor on the OQC team. Primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring proper procedures are followed for incoming electronic and mechanical parts and during the manufacturing and testing process. This role is also responsible for investigating any quality issues, anomalies, or failures and will work alongside engineering and suppliers to recommend any necessary changes or improvements.
The position is full-time, on-site daily, Monday through Friday. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West LA.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Independently perform and document detailed inspections of complex products and assemblies, including advanced electronic components, cable harnesses, RF assemblies, mechanical enclosures, and integrated sub-systems.
* Lead root cause identification efforts for recurring or high-impact inspection issues in collaboration with QA Engineering.
* Conduct receiving, in-process inspections; support First Article Inspection (FAI) processes in accordance with AS9012 standards.
* Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 inspectors in proper inspection methods, tool usage, and documentation practices.
* Serve as quality liaison with production, engineering, and supply chain to drive immediate resolution of quality issues.
* Assist in the development and refinement of inspection procedures and checklists based on lessons learned and product feedback.
* Review and validate inspection records for accuracy and completeness, escalating issues when appropriate.
* Act as departmental point of contact during audits, customer visits, or technical reviews related to inspection activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and will be responsible for controlling the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse while maintaining good housekeeping practices.
This is a full-time position requiring on-site work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Verify information on packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
* Collaborate with the buyers to address and resolve any inventory discrepancies and issues.
* Update and manage incoming and outgoing inspection logs, overseeing inventory in the inspection area.
* Coordinate with the buyers and production supervisor to issue materials and kits for production build requirements.
* Retrieve accessories for sales orders, facilitate returns to suppliers, and manage outside processes.
* Record all inventory transactions promptly and accurately in the system.
* Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory counts.
* Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment, including clear bin labeling, tracking date codes, and adhering to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) practice.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* High School diploma or GED required.
* Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components (printed circuit board assemblies, accessories, etc.).

* Managing quality for products in the field, including leading failure analysis (FA) on customer returns (RMAs) and managing any component changes or obsolescence issues.

Silvus is seeking a Linux System and Security Analyst to analyze, troubleshoot, automate, and conduct CyberSecurity activities based on Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The position will exercise full ownership and decision-making authority over the resolution of end-user technical challenges, including hardware failures and software anomalies. This position's primary duty is to perform high-level systems analysis, security architecture, and risk assessment in support of organizational objectives. This includes exercising discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to company-wide IT security and compliance. This position requires a DCSA clearance to be obtained within 12 months of employment.

As a Silicon Packaging Architect/Engineer, you'll drive cutting-edge semiconductor packaging technology and architecture for WiFi, Bluetooth, and mm Wave products, focusing on RF/Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical, Reliability, and Cost optimization.
What You'll Do -
Strategic Leadership and Architecture:
Translate product requirements into comprehensive package architecture specifications
Lead technology trade-off decisions ensuring packages meet electrical, mechanical, thermal, and reliability standards
Define overall product package performance specifications and drive technology certification
Oversee end-to-end package development processes, from design through production
Technical Excellence and Innovation:
Troubleshoot complex packaging problems and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions
Research packaging assembly materials and properties, establishing specifications for suppliers
Perform mechanical and reliability simulations to optimize package design
Conduct thermal performance simulations using predictive FEA analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with silicon, hardware, and package design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Coordinate with internal/external manufacturing partners (OSATs) and substrate suppliers
Support product co-design and layout teams as manufacturing liaison
Collaborate with Quality & Reliability teams to ensure products meet specifications
Complete DFMEA assessments with assembly suppliers to evaluate technology risks
Manufacturing and Process Management:
Ensure seamless transition from design to high-volume production
Design and validate Test Vehicles for process characterization
Provide consultation on packaging improvements and process optimization

THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a Quality Control Inspector II who will report to the
Quality Control Inspection Supervisor
on the OQC team. Primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring proper procedures are followed for incoming electronic and mechanical parts and during the manufacturing and testing process. This role is also responsible for investigating any quality issues, anomalies, or failures and will work alongside engineering and suppliers to recommend any necessary changes or improvements.
The position is full-time, on-site daily, Monday through Friday. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West LA.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform and document inspections of products and processes, including electronic cables, GPS devices, Wi-Fi dongles, connectors, mechanical enclosures, shields, and other critical components.
Conduct inspections tied to receiving raw materials, parts, components, and fit checks as necessary.
Ability to inspect First Article components and subassemblies.
Prepare in-process inspection reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Maintain Quality documentation.
Identify the serviceability of parts and components and appropriate tooling.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of electronic part inspection experience.
Proficient experience utilizing inspection tools (i.e., multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, microscopes).
Demonstrated proficiency in reading basic schematics, specifically those related to PCBs and PWAs.
Read and interpret part documentation, including blueprints, drawings, schematics, etc.
Utilize Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and various communication systems effectively.
Identify and escalate potential issues.
Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
Must have excellent organizational skills, be highly attentive to details, and have the capacity to handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
