This particular role is focused on the Video and Command Centre Software segment of Motorola Solutions. Job Description Job Summary: The Services Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the value of services offered by Motorola Solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management and marketing as well as proven experience driving revenue growth through pricing strategy, packaging, promotions, and other tactics. This individual will also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and to customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate high energy, initiative, and leadership abilities. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of services sold • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services • Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery of services • Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies • Manage relationships with key partners and vendors related to services offerings • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to services revenue and profitability • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the state of the services business. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine pricing frameworks and models for hardware, software, cloud, and managed security services to balance competitiveness and profitability Process and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data on competitors, market and business using a combination of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, ML/AI, elasticity, and scenario planning to develop actionable insights and evaluate trade-offs in support of strategic decisions Analyze competitive pricing, industry trends, and customer segmentation to inform go-to-market and monetization strategies Establish KPIs, dashboards and visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track pricing performance, margin impacts, and customer behavior; identify opportunities for continuous improvement Partner and act as a trusted adviser to Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations in aligning pricing strategies with business objectives and new product launches.
