Department OverviewThe West Coast software Deployment and Integration team delivers solutions to the public safety customers. Job Description
The ProjectManager will report to the Regional Deployment/Services Manager and will be responsible for managing the deployment of complex public safety solutions for Computer-Aided Dispatch, Mobile computing, Records Management, and Jail Management. The ProjectManager is expected to lead and manage deployments across a wide range of customers including Statewide, Regional, County, and City level public safety jurisdictions. The ProjectManager will manage a team of individual contributors across a number of disciplines providing leadership, guidance, mentoring, and support throughout all phases of the project.
Responsibilities:
Leads highly complex, large public safety applications (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail) projects
Leads and directs the work activities of the project team across organizational boundaries
Drives strategic relationships between internal and external teams
Resolves issues between internal and external groups
Responsible for the profit level for all projects under their control
Project budget and schedule
Establishing and maintaining a communication plan with project teams and customers
Establishing and executing a risk assessment and mitigation plan
Establishing and maintaining a quality plan

Providing system integration quotations and statements of work
Responsible for creating, distributing, and presenting various project status reports and results Works with the ProjectManagement Office to identify and implement process improvement and best practices across the ProjectManagement discipline

Participation in pre-contract oral presentations and customer negotiations
This position is a remote position, however, candidates are required to be located in the Western US Region. Position will travel 50% - 75% of time in Western US.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.
Target Base Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 USD

Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of the South Florida Operations Team; the ProjectManager is responsible for overseeing Pre-construction activities, Construction/Implementation, System Commissioning/Integration and Closeout of Wireless In-Building Networks. The PM or Project Owner s responsibilities includes, but not limited to: Safety, Quality, Finances, Schedule and Communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and verify project design, scope and quote with the Proposal Owner while defining stakeholders, project goals, task, constraints, risks, timelines and deliverables
Maintain comprehensive project documentation using CTS cloud-based file system
Identify and manageproject dependencies and critical path
Determine and assess the resources required to complete project scope, to include: subcontractors, technicians, CAD or Design Center, system performance or National Team support
Develop project schedules, job trackers, safety plan, submittals and any necessary support documentation to ensure project success
Set and continually manageproject expectations with internal operations team and project stakeholders

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
