Role Requirements: 3 or more years of LMS experience in an analyst, administrator, or similar role. Prior Workday experience is strongly preferred (Workday Learning experience is a major plus). Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements. No system configuration experience required.
