Senior Coordinator for Case Management, Mount Carmel East The Senior Case Management extender would work under the direction of the RN Care Managers, Utilization Review Care Manager and the Social Workers. This position functions with his/her peers and other care providers for problem solving and facilitating in-patient and post hospitalization care. And coordinate, oversee records and transmit information pertinent to the resource management of patients.
Minimum Requirements:
* Associate's Degree or High School Diploma and equivalent relevant experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

What You Will Do:
* The Network Infrastructure Supervisor is a critical role tasked with ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the Firelands IT infrastructure and network operations. The Network Infrastructure Supervisor will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our infrastructure systems, aligning them with business goals and technology trends to support our evolving healthcare system needs. In this leadership role, the Network Infrastructure Supervisor will lead a team of IT professionals, collaborate with various departments, and assure resources take actions to optimize performance, security, and scalability or the IT infrastructure. The person in this role will be focused on supervising the team in primary support of the health system technology infrastructure, including all data center and disaster recovery sites, physical and virtual servers, storage and backup infrastructure, server operating systems, wired and wireless local and wide area networks and all telecommunications. They will also play a key role in the selection, design, development, implementation, upgrades and support of the technology infrastructure that will impact health system patient care delivery and operations. This supervisor will work in cooperation with various groups, coordinate and communicate the activities of network infrastructure technical staff with a broad range of backgrounds, motivations and needs.
* Oversees the execution of approved strategies to enhance the organization's infrastructure and network in alignment with overall business objectives.
* Supervises and works closely with a team of IT professionals, including network engineers and system administrators, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Assists in the planning and implementation of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions, including network, compute, and storage services.
* Ensures the integrity and security of internal and external network components, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What You Will Need:
* Bachelor's degree in related field and five (5) years of work experience with increasing leadership responsibility preferred. Cisco Certification or equivalent required. (CCIE, CCNP) Three (3) years of supervisor, management, or higher-level experience preferred.
* Desirable experience includes: configuration, implementation and on-going support of core and edge network technologies including Cisco, Brocade, Juniper, Fortinet, (firewall, route, switch, proxy and other network management appliances) and VPN management technologies; server and client virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV); Storage Area Network(SAN), and Network Attached Storage(NAS) technologies (HP, Dell).
* Detail and result oriented with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills in the areas of leadership, motivation, human relations, problem solving, organization, scheduling, etc.
* Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently in a stressful environment.
* Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form including communicating very technical information to a less technical audience.
* Demonstrates willingness to respond to after-hours calls and/or available to work a non-standard work schedule as needed.
* Must possess a valid State of Ohio motor vehicle operator's license and be insurable under Firelands' auto policy.
