Minimum Qualifications: * Education: High school Graduate or 1-year equivalent experience with commercial production food service. * Must have basic math skills to, including addition, subtraction, and simple multiplication. * Must know how to read, write, and speak English. * Licensure / Certification: Food handlers' certification within 6 months of hire * Experience: Relevant work experience in a hospital setting, large institution or Commercial kitchen preferred * Effective Communication Skills and customer service skills * Knowledge of large quantity standards of cooking preferred * Knowledge of food preparation by recipe preferred * Ability to complete assignments under direct supervision. * The ability to work independently as a part of a team. Strong attention to detail and good organization skills. * Must be compatible with others and work well in a service situation with many different people. * Must have a clean and neat appearance.
