Minimum Qualifications:

Position Summary
* Under the general direction of the physician, the RN delivers care to patients through assessment, education, and planning, while maintaining standards of professional nursing utilizing evidence-based practice. * Documents all interventions, tests ordered and received, patient/family responses, medication dispensed or prescribed and related health information in the medical record
* Collect and relay pertinent information to corresponding provider, drawing attention to any critical values.
* Assist in the development and expansion of clinic services.
