Brian Gragnolati is President & CEO of Atlantic Health System. He also serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Hospital Association (AHA), dedicated to leading, representing and serving hospitals and health systems in their work to advance the health of individuals and communities. With $3 billion in revenue and 17,000 employees, Atlantic Health System serves more than half the state of New Jersey, including 11 counties and 4.9 million people. The system cares for patients at more than 400 sites of care, including Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, Goryeb Children’s Hospital and Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, Hackettstown Medical Center in Hackettstown, Overlook Medical Center in Summit, Newton Medical Center in Newton, Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute, Atlantic Visiting Nurse, Atlantic Ambulance Corporation and Atlantic Medical Group, which employs over 1,100 community-based physicians. Prior to his tenure at Atlantic Health System, Brian served as Senior Vice President, Community Division of Johns Hopkins Medicine and President and CEO of Suburban Hospital. He is an active member of the board of Paper Mill Playhouse. He and his wife, Donna, live in Mendham, New Jersey.

Joanne’s professional experience includes over 30 years of leadership roles across a range of health care settings, including community hospitals, academic medical centers, public hospitals, and government agencies. Before joining Cooley Dickinson Health Care as President and CEO in 2014, she served as Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President at Hallmark Health, which is comprised of acute care hospitals Lawrence Memorial of Medford and Melrose-Wakefield of Melrose as well as a VNA-Hospice and a number of community-based sites. Before joining Hallmark Health, Joanne was senior vice president, operations, at Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, where she led both clinical and non-clinical departments and held a series of progressively responsible positions starting in 1992. Earlier in her career, Joanne held positions in government, including at the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and the New York State Department of Health.
