Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:

The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,616 to $181,847.

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer cases receive professional responses within eight business hours, are updated daily, and are resolved efficiently.
Partner with Service Delivery Managers to provide customers with consistent communication and a unified service experience.
Lead infrastructure work streams in customer onboardings, JD Edwards upgrades, and other customer-facing projects.
Coordinate with Project Managers to schedule, plan, and execute project activities to ensure on-time and successful customer go-lives.
Lead daily team standups to manage work and maintain alignment.
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to support performance, engagement, and development.
Develop quarterly goals, complete performance evaluations, and create individualized development plans for team members.
Collaborate with the Data Service Manager to plan and execute infrastructure and data center upgrades and modifications.
Participate in complex infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology changes.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the infrastructure operations team.
Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to meet performance expectations.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure business resilience.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure management.
3-5 years of management experience in a multi-tenant managed services or consulting environment, including direct people leadership.
Demonstrated success mentoring and developing team members personally and professionally.
Hands-on experience leading or working in enterprise or data center networking, including customer connectivity, tenant isolation, and spine-leaf architectures.
Broad knowledge of related data center technologies such as storage, data protection, compute, and network systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Experienced in guiding teams through complex problem-solving while balancing technical delivery with team development.
Thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, or other relevant industry certifications.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,616 to $181,847.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Centerprise is seeking to hire a Medical Payment Poser to join our team.
This is a potential hybrid-remote position that requires up to 90-days in office training. After training, may be eligible to work a hybrid-remote schedule which will include 2-3 in office days per week.
Working in a team-based environment, responsible for posting cash, checks and EOBs to patient accounts. Will provide daily claim batching and deposits. Assist with all other billing and finance duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Competently operates standard office equipment, EHR software(s), and phone system
Contacts insurance companies to resolve unapplied cash.
Demonstrates and applies basic knowledge of posting and multiple deposits from insurance payments such as lockbox, insurance, EFT/ERA, credit card, takebacks, offsets, etc.
Ensures each batch balances to the bank deposit each day.
Ensures all payments, denials, and correspondence received patients, insurance companies, etc., are posted into the EHR software(s) within 3 business day.
Verify appropriate write-offs associated with EOBs and making adjustments to patients' accounts.
Assists collectors in researching and resolving cash application issues and completes all billing requests.
Participates in month-end reconciliation process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task.
Detail orientated and attentive to accuracy.
May answers billing questions from patients, insurance companies, and Clients regarding insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty completely. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be eligible for remote portion, must have reliable Internet connection with a minimum download speed of at least 5Mbps, and upload speed at least 1 Mbps. Must have a dedicated work area with a door.
High School or Equivalent (GED). Associate degree preferred.
2+ years of cash posting experience or experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Must be able to work with Excel spreadsheets.
Advanced 10-key data entry skills
EHR experience is required. Preferred experience with NextGen, eClinicalWorks, and/or Epic.
FQHC experience is a plus.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to research and analyze data.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Pay: $17.50-$19.50/hour based on experience
