Assists collectors in researching and resolving cash application issues and completes all billing requests. Participates in month-end reconciliation process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task. Detail orientated and attentive to accuracy. May answers billing questions from patients, insurance companies, and Clients regarding insurance. Minimum Qualifications: To be eligible for remote portion, must have reliable Internet connection with a minimum download speed of at least 5Mbps, and upload speed at least 1 Mbps. Must have a dedicated work area with a door. High School or Equivalent (GED). Associate degree preferred. 2+ years of cash posting experience or experience in a similar role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Must be able to work with Excel spreadsheets. Advanced 10-key data entry skills EHR experience is required. Preferred experience with NextGen, eClinicalWorks, and/or Epic. FQHC experience is a plus. Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to research and analyze data.
