Purpose of Role

This leader will partner with executive management, product, trading operations, and risk teams to embed compliance into daily processes, enabling innovation while maintaining regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance Leadership
Lead the design and ongoing management of MFFU's enterprise compliance program, including policies, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Build and oversee a team responsible for operational compliance, AML/KYC, licensing, and risk governance.
Ensure compliance with CFTC, NFA, and CME Group regulations and applicable futures and derivatives laws.
Ensure compliance with know-your-customer (KYC), account supervision, risk disclosure, and segregation requirements applicable to IBs.
Serve as the firm's primary liaison with regulators, external auditors, and legal advisors.
Regulatory & Licensing Oversight
Manage the firm's registration and licensing obligations as an Introducing Broker, including NFA filings, annual renewals, and disclosures.
Develop IB operational controls in coordination with partnered FCMs, including account reconciliation, customer complaint handling, and dispute resolution processes.
Oversee partner relationships with FCMs, vendors, and service providers to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Maintain required reporting and recordkeeping frameworks, ensuring readiness for regulatory examinations.
Compliance Program Development
Develop, implement, and maintain policies related to trade surveillance, data protection, risk management, and conflicts of interest.
Establish robust AML/KYC procedures aligned with futures and brokerage operations.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to embed “compliance by design” into platforms and workflows.
Lead regular compliance training across all departments and promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency.
Serve as the compliance stakeholder in the development of MFFU's proprietary trading platform, ensuring integration of:
Customer data protection and retention protocols
Regulatory reporting (e.g., NFA/CFTC)
Risk management controls, including pre-trade risk checks and margin controls
Partner with engineering, UX, and product teams to implement compliance-by-design architecture and user flows for onboarding, trading, and account management.
Develop compliance protocols for algorithmic and automated trading strategies, including flagging suspicious or manipulative trading behavior.
Oversee cybersecurity compliance in accordance with NFA/CFTC guidance and future SEC/CISA expectations as platform matures.
Develop and maintain a compliance risk register for new products or platform features, including emerging risks like digital assets, API access, and automated trading.
Monitoring & Governance
Review and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring timely communication and adaptation within the firm.
Conduct internal audits and testing to identify, assess, and remediate compliance risks.
Report key compliance risks and trends to the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
Oversee investigation and remediation of compliance issues, ensuring documentation and corrective action.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or related field required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or LLM) preferred.
10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within a futures, brokerage, or fintech organization.
Deep knowledge of CFTC, NFA, and CME Group rules, futures industry regulations, and Introducing Broker operations.
Proven success in building or scaling compliance frameworks within a regulated or transitioning financial entity.
Strong understanding of AML/KYC requirements, trade surveillance systems, and data governance.
Experience collaborating with regulators, auditors, and executive teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Series 3 and/or Series 30 licenses (or ability to obtain within 120 days).

Key Account Director I (Hybrid)
We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Key Account Director I (Hybrid) on our Health Solutions team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Key Director I (Hybrid), you will contribute to the growth, vitality, and prominence of the American Medical Association by exceeding Database Licensor (DBL) Royalty Revenue and Contribution Margin targets within assigned strategic accounts through the distribution of DBL licenses and other HSG solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management

Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and key contacts in assigned accounts and distributors.
Identify key customer contacts and engagement plans, and provide an overall roadmap to bring value to our customer.
Accurately forecast HS revenue to senior management.
Ensure that DBL royalty payments are provided as outlined in agreements.
Document activities, contacts, and revenue opportunities in Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner along with other reports such as expense reports.
Develop and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring timely, consistent, and transparent completion that drives revenue while protecting the AMA brand and integrity.
Develop and present key account updates and quarterly business reviews to AMA senior leadership, highlighting performance trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic action plans.
Product Management
Ensure product management has the market information necessary to deliver best‑in‑class solutions that address market needs and trends.
Represent AMA at association meetings, tradeshows, and product fairs, as well as other projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a health‑related field or business required.
10+ years of specialized account management experience in healthcare services, content, and/or technology.
Demonstrated knowledge and successful utilization of strategic selling or consultative sales practices with single and large client groups.
Experience managing complex, strategic accounts and interacting with the C‑suite.
Excellent business management skills including forecast accuracy and pipeline development.
Excellent communication, presentation, critical‑thinking skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior executives.

Compensation
Here at Feeding America national organization, equality is central to our mission and is an integral part of our compensation policies and structures. As such, we maintain transparent salary ranges and clearly defined practices for how our team, including new hire salary offers, moves through these ranges. Provide Visible and Inspirational Leadership for Feeding America and the mission
Serve as the chief advocate for Feeding America and its nationwide network and function as a spokesperson and key influencer for Feeding America on a broad range of issues.

Work with the Board of Directors and Executive Team to set long term and annual strategic and funding priorities with focused execution plans and measurable objectives. Oversee program evaluation and data analysis to track progress against defined outcomes for optimal impact and use of funds.
Maintain the financial integrity and operational excellence of the organization and assure that the staffing of the national organization is appropriate to accomplishing the annual and longer‑range goals of the organization.
Unite and Catalyze Stakeholders
Develop, strengthen and maintain strategic alliances and relationships with key stakeholders starting with neighbors and including key partners in government (policy makers/elected officials), corporations, community‑based organizations, non‑profits and academia.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with the Feeding America network to drive alignment with core mission and values while recognizing the autonomy of a federated network. Maintain open, two‑way communication with the National Council (NAC) and leadership of partner food banks, affiliate food banks and partner state associations.
Drive the development of a broad, comprehensive fundraising strategy to include individuals, corporations and foundations. Cultivate meaningful personal relationships with major donors and be active in the solicitation process.
Maintain strong relationships with government agencies and food donors who provide critical resources to Feeding America in support of its mission.
Oversee efforts to develop greater brand awareness for Feeding America among existing constituencies as well as others who are not aware of the organization and its contributions to fight hunger in the U.S.
Build the Feeding America National Organization Team, Culture and Capabilities
Construct a streamlined organizational structure that attracts and encourages diverse and talented team members to achieve excellence. Assess and motivate talent to ensure Feeding America has the right person in the right job focused on the right things.

Requirements
Deep and authentic passion for the mission; a fierce advocate for Feeding America and food security.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant and highest levels of executive leadership experience of large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations, such as for-profit corporations with complex stakeholder ecosystems or national nonprofits with federated structures, preferably in relevant sectors such as food systems, public health, social services, or large federated networks.
History of working effectively with diverse stakeholders to forge an organization's strategic plan; experience successfully aligning independent affiliates or subsidiaries behind a national strategy.
Track record of success executing upon strategy with urgency, timeliness and responsiveness to outline goals, establish metrics, meet benchmarks, deliver projects on budget, and drive results on an annual basis, including instilling a culture of performance and accountability.
