This unique opportunity allows a physician to deliver state-of-the-art patient-centered care in a digital platform - all while working remotely. The ideal candidates will focus on excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction. They will work to expand the virtual primary care office to be available for patients through a robust telehealth platform, making themselves part of a growing network of providers that will practice on the cutting edge of virtual medicine. They will be expected to provide longitudinal care as well as acute care for patients who present with same-day needs. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for primary care and be fully committed to the mission of the Mount Sinai Health System. The physician should be amenable to some evenings and weekends.

Maimonides currently seeks a full-time outpatient palliative care physician for our established clinic at Maimonides Cancer Center.
Clinical: Provide outpatient palliative care, manage symptoms, facilitate advance care planning, build patient panel and referral relationships, collaborate with oncology and multidisciplinary teams.
Growth: Opportunities to expand services to non-cancer populations and develop palliative medicine fellowship program.
Academic: Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows; deliver lectures; pursue clinical research; potential SUNY Downstate faculty appointment.
Service: Engage in quality improvement initiatives, interdisciplinary committees, and clinical protocol development.
We require:
Graduate from an accredited medical school (MD/DO)
Fellowship training in hospice and palliative medicine
BE/BC in related field (internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, etc.) and BE/BC in hospice and palliative medicine. BE physicians are required to pass their boards at the earliest date possible.
Unrestricted New York State medical license and valid DEA license
ACLS/BLS certification
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding teaching ability
Interest in working with a wide range of stakeholders to improve primary palliative care and palliative care access
We prefer:
Experience in outpatient palliative medicine practice

The Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY seeks a full-time faculty Sleep Medicinephysician for its Pulmonary Sleep Lab.
The 4 functional sleep beds, 2 MDs with 5 sleep technicians to that will be expanding to 12 beds staffed with both Pulmonary and Neurology Sleep specialists for a multidisciplinary management of patients with sleep disorders. The Sleep Center itself is accredited by the American Academy for Sleep. The sleep lab is at Westchester Square Hospital. Clinic sessions will either be at MAP or Hutch. There's an NP who sees clinic patients for sleep and asthma.
Additional duties based on experience and interest will include the Pulmonary Inpatient consult service, Medical Intensive Care Unit, and Critical Care Consult service.
Completion of training in an accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship and a Sleep Medicine Fellowship is required. The successful candidate will have opportunities to participate in teaching at all levels of undergraduate and graduate medical education, including in our own Sleep Medicine Fellowship.
Montefiore Medical Center includes three high volume University Teaching Hospitals in an urban setting, with a strong PCCM fellowship, an active Heart Failure group, COPD center, Pulmonary Hypertension Center, Lung Transplant Program, and an Interventional Pulmonary program.
Opportunities for research and funding are available including support through the Block Institute for Clinical and Translational Research, funded by the National Institutes of Health. We are currently seeking a full time Family Medicine clinician providing primary care to an urban underserved population at a large teaching FQHC practice located on the Metro-North train line. The position is 100% outpatient with the opportunity to work 6 weeks on the Inpatient Family Medicine Service as a Hospitalist. The practice consists of over 100 staff. There are 30 attending physicians and fellows making up 11 clinical FTE. 16 Residents. 3 RNs, 24 LPNs, 3 PCTs, 25 clerical staff, 6 administrative supervisors. Practice a full spectrum of Family Medicine including low risk prenatal care and postpartum care. There will be no labor and delivery responsibilities as those are covered by the Maternity Care team at our Wakefield Campus. $156,000.00-$195,000.00Internal Medicine - Ambulatory Montefiore Medical Group(MMG) Montefiore Health System's network of primary care practices, known as Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), seeks Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained primary care physicians throughout our 20 site locations in the Bronx and Westchester counties. We provide a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to make a difference in patient care in the Bronx. Several MMG sites qualify to support J1 waivers & H1B visas as well as NHSC/HRSA Medical School Loan Repayment Program. The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for Medical Director of our Moses Campus Child Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic. The successful candidate for this critical position will provide leadership to an outstanding staff of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Social Workers, training, education, supervision and mentorship for psychiatry residents, child and adolescent psychiatry fellows and psychology interns and externs, and clinical services for the Bronx community. The clinic provides outstanding general and specialty clinical services, including programs in DBT, CBT and for the treatment of patients with Eating Disorders.
