What you'll do
* Pretreat, clean, and powder coat various customer parts
* Perform required in-process and final quality checks as well as conducting part counts for each order
* Perform pre and post quality checks on all parts, and ensure parts meet work order specifications
* Batch orders appropriately to ensure production demands and timelines are met
* Assist with basic machine maintenance including but not limited to spray systems, blasting equipment, and other misc finishing equipment
* Follow all safety policies and procedures
* Maintain a clean work environment within the principles of LEAN manufacturing and 5S.
* Communicate daily with your supervisor regarding any issues or concerns
* Complete any additional tasks set forth by the Post Production Manager

* Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferred

Teach good sportsmanship and self-control, and ensure respect is shown to visiting or hosting coaches, players and supporters;
Verify eligibility of participants, including insurance coverage, completion of an annual physical and parent consent. KHSAA requirements must be enforced. Satisfactory academic progress must be required. Athletes must be made aware of academic expectations and requirements;
