About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at High Point Residence Salem South. CNAs play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure that each resident receives individualized care in alignment with their care plan. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs as directed by the Wellness Director. Support residents during mealtimes and assist with feeding as needed. Take and record vital signs. Safely transfer, move, or reposition residents as necessary. Communicate resident conditions or concerns to the nursing team. Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance. Clean and sanitize resident areas and common spaces. Change bed linens, restock supplies, and maintain a tidy environment.
