    As a Team Member at Sbarro, you are the face of the brand and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and quality food. This position includes preparing menu items, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring each guest has a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates are reliable, friendly, and eager to work in a fast-paced team setting. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately take customer orders and operate the POS system. Prepare and serve menu items such as pizza, pasta, stromboli, salads, and beverages. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations, counters, and dining area. Restock food, utensils, and supplies as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and make accurate change. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Uphold all Sbarro brand standards and procedures. Qualifications: Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required. Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willing to learn and follow instructions. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours). Lift up to 30 lbs. Work in a hot kitchen environment. Perform repetitive motions such as chopping, lifting, and reaching.
