Game Guides at The Escape Game will lead guests through our escape rooms - thrilling, immersive adventure games where players work together to complete a mission (and escape a themed room) before time runs out. To progress through the game, players must find clues and solve puzzles.
Game Guides set the tone for the entire experience by delivering an upbeat, conversational introduction to groups of 2-12 guests, and they connect with guests of all ages to make their visit as fun and memorable as possible. During gameplay, Game Guides use TEG's software to monitor team progress and ensure every single guest enjoys their experience. After the game, Game Guides celebrate with guests and reset game components accurately and efficiently.

Our wellness guides are the face of the business. They are the first and last person our clients see when they come into the spa, and they set the tone for the client's entire experience. Our wellness guides run the front desk, oversee the retail boutique, and assist clients with everything they need to have an exceptional and relaxing experience at Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique (robes, slippers, lockers, tours through the amenity spaces, cocktails, food orders, etc.). Our Wellness Guides also make sure the spa stays in tip-top shape, so our guests have a beautiful and clean space to spend their time in, when at the spa (attending to laundry, picking up towels, robes, slippers, glassware, stocking snacks and beverages, etc.).
Qualifications
While we prefer to hire candidates who at least have a high school diploma and are of age 21 or older, we will consider some high school/college applicants for this position.
Customer Service experience preferred, but not required.
Reliable and dependable, and able to work 6-8 hour shifts.
Be available to work at least one Saturday and/or Sunday shift per week, as these are our busiest days.
Be excited and willing to learn new techniques through paid training.
Adaptable to learning/performing multiple roles in reception, retail and concierge services.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual and personable.
Spa Retail & Concierge Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Must arrive at least 1 hour prior to spa opening (if an opener); must stay after closing to complete closing duties (if a closer).
Read over the appointments for the day and set up for any special client needs/requests.
Check that all appointments have been confirmed, if not reach out to guest to confirm.
Turn on/off all equipment at the beginning/end of day, if you are an opener/closer (pools, saunas, steam rooms, slipper warmers, music, iPads, lights, etc.).
Maintain a clean workspace at all times.
Prepare/close down water, teas, and snack stations (if opener/closer). Stock throughout day.
Clean and arrange retail spaces.
Prepare packaging for product shipments.
Prepare retail gift baskets.
Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance.
Check guests in and out.
Schedule appointments, place reminder calls/emails and verify appointment confirmations.
Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.
Assist with laundry, cleaning, and up-keep of treatment rooms and common/amenity areas.
Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages.
Restock beverages and retail space as needed.
Communicate spa promotions with guests.
Stay up to date on policies and procedures.
Delegate job responsibilities to idle team members, when help is needed.
Assist Spa Manager in other duties as needed.

Some of the Responsibilities
Frequent travel to patient's homes to support their engagement with our virtual clinic, on average 2-3 days of travel to patients living anywhere in the state of Ohio or neighboring states
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Flourish Health patients/families utilizing a patient centered, strengths-based, and trauma-responsive approach
Understand that as a growing clinic, there will be workflow changes and take changes in stride with adaptability, being able to prioritize and reprioritize when things change
Be a steadfast, caring, and non-judgmental presence, walking alongside patients/families as they live with a serious mental health condition while navigating life's everyday challenges
Co-develop and support adherence to individualized care/engagement plans that support each patient's self-identified needs and goals
Utilize app-based messaging and phone calls as primary means of engagement to meet patient and family member needs
Identify needs and provide mental health advocacy for patients in a variety of areas, such as school or work
Be an active participant in a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, doctors, and advocates supporting each patient and family; lead care coordination to include scheduling and communication for clinical appointments
Act as a conduit to a patients's full care team; proactively identify needs for additional support and/or resources, and facilitate connection to the appropriate care team provider
Education/Experience:
This position is open to individuals with Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degrees or 5+ years of experience in a relevant field. Bonus points (and we truly mean bonus, don't let this deter you from applying) if you have demonstrated experience or interest working with:
People with serious mental illness
Adolescents, young adults, and/or families
Underserved communities with complex family situations
