It’s a job.
The pay is terrible most of CNAs make 13.50 to 15.50 not enough for what we go thru. A lot of the management team is out for them selves not there employees. Treat you employees with respect and they will be more willing to work and work harder.

Poor management, terrible raises, it all about money…. No the patient and definitely not the employees. I have given 17 year of my life to this place but make barely more than a brand new person out of school just starting out.
