Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Ultrasound Technologist II, you will be part of our friendly and compassionate Ultrasound team. We are proud to provide the “care like family” mission of the hospital. We are looking for someone to join our team that works hard to support each other where the patients are the center of all we do.
In this role:
You will perform a variety of Ultrasound and other Radiologic Procedures across three (3) or more modalities including; Ultrasound, MRI, CT, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and Angiography.
You will function as the first line interface with patient and family members in the successful accomplishments of their Radiology needs.
You must have a working knowledge of the life-saving techniques and be capable of performing well under pressure.
You will assume the responsibility for specified examinations and will be responsible for introducing the basics of ultrasound to the student technologists.
You will be responsible for assessment, treatment of care appropriate to all ages of patients served.
You will demonstrate your knowledge and skills in obtaining and interpreting information in terms of the patients' needs.
What qualifications you will need:
Current Radiology license through the State of which you will be working.
You must be registered with ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) or registry eligible.
Graduation from an AMA/CAHEA- Approved school of Ultrasound Technology, either college affiliated or hospital based training. If modalities include NM, must have a certification in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT or NMTCB)
Must be registered with the ARRT- (R) with two (2) or more of the following modalities: RVT, M, NM, CT, MRI, and Angiography Technology.
Three (3) years' experience in all phases of ultrasound, and experience in multiple modalities in Radiology.
American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.

Position Overview: RN Night Supervisor (Every Weekend)
The RN Night Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight during overnight weekend shifts. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and serving as a trusted leader during night operations. The RN Night Supervisor acts as a key liaison between residents, families, on-call providers, and facility leadership.
Key Responsibilities of the RN Night Supervisor:
Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff during overnight weekend shifts
Oversee day-to-day resident care operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Supervise, direct, and support nursing staff to maintain performance and accountability
Ensure units comply with federal and state regulations and facility policies and procedures
Support quality assurance, infection control, and utilization review activities during night operations
Receive, communicate, and implement physician orders as needed
Oversee delegation of nursing and therapeutic procedures to licensed and unlicensed staff
Conduct regular patient rounds to assess resident conditions, evaluate quality of care, and ensure accurate documentation
Serve as the on-site nursing leader and liaison during overnight weekend hours
Qualifications for the RN Night Supervisor:
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to read reports, analyze data, and utilize information accurately

The details:
Coordinate the interdisciplinary assessment process for assigned residents of the facility.
Coordinate development of and ensure completion of Comprehensive Care Plan accordance with company, state and federal guidelines.
Monitor residents to ensure that the individual resident Care Plans are followed and updated as necessary. Bring any variances noted to the attention the Director of Nursing and Care Plan Team.
