They will be responsible to maintain a good communication and flow of information from the company to our contract producers. The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $83,0000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Works directly with assigned contract producers to improve company profitability and competitive position by implementing production programs and documenting producer compliance at each visit to the farm. Note: In the case of the west coast, associates live on the farms and are responsible for raising chickens * Maintains assigned route square footage to meet the demands established by sales to fulfill customer orders.
