Correct any bridge twist and verify even temple closure for a balanced fit. • Optical Verification: Confirm the correct axis positioning for multifocal lenses, including bifocals and progressives. Ensure horizontal alignment and visual accuracy to support optimal wearer experience. • Quality Control & Cosmetic Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of lenses and frames to identify and correct cosmetic defects, scratches, or imperfections. Verify that all components meet internal quality benchmarks and industry standards. • Secure Assembly: Tighten and secure all screws, ensuring there are no gaps in the eye wire and that lenses are firmly seated within the frame. Maintain structural integrity and durability of the final product. • Compliance & Standards: Adhere to company protocols and regulatory guidelines for lens mounting and frame assembly.
