Pros of working at Movado Group

Great products and variety of selection and a low-stress business environment.

Cons of working at Movado Group

Biased and irrational hiring and promotion decisions, questionable integrity among leadership within middle management, very unpredictable pay (one week you're working 40 hours, the next you're working 32), always work every holiday and weekend. no paid holidays, extremely low/inadequate commission compensation that resets each year, etc.

Movado Group benefits

401k match, though difficult to contribute when making an unlivable wage.
