What Does A Move Coordinator Do At General Atomics and Affiliated Companies

* Responsible for Moves, Adds & Changes (MACs): Relocation planning, scheduling & coordination as well as the coordination of space preparation for occupancy.
* Performs field verification and assessments to update and maintain occupancy data.
* Reports on occupancy and space discrepancies to the appropriate teams handling overall occupancy data management.
* Develops and maintains relationships with customer base and key contacts delivering a high degree of customer service.
* Maintains relationships with interdepartmental personnel supporting MACs as well as those maintaining and servicing space planning including but not limited to Relocation & Transportation Services, Environmental Services, Construction Services, and Project Management.
