Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking loaders, packers, movers, and warehouse personnel for our various service centers. We are in need of people who are hardworking, and energetic. Wrap household goods for transit Perform packing jobs as necessary Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce Pre-trip inspections alongside drivers of all aspects of equipment including truck interior, straps and tensioners, walk-boards,etc. Complete household goods inventory Perform work at warehouse as needed Other duties as assigned

Must be willing to travel (local, intrastate and interstate) Good communications skills

Required: High school diploma or GED

Funding amounts are paid out directly to the Associate to assist with their various student expenses. $500 scholarship* towards your post-secondary education for the first** full summer internship. $750 scholarship* towards your post-secondary education for the second** full summer internship $1,000 scholarship* towards your post-secondary education for the third** or more full summer internship Must be summer seasonal Associate employed as Helper, Packer, Driver, Warehouseman, or other Service Center Operational, non-management position. Must show proof of enrollment in school for current year's fall classes. Must work full time through scheduled season (accommodations made for school dates). Supervisor acknowledgement of good work performance and attendance also required.

What you get as a Mover / Helper:

• Pay Rate: $19 - $23 per hour paid weekly + $2,000 signing bonus paid in two installments of $1-00 after 30 and 60 days of employment! ($19 base pay + $4 in expected tips)!

• Type: Part Time to start

• Hours: Must be flexible to start between 6am - 8am

• Schedule: Clutter operates from Thursday - Sunday and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs.

• Job Site: Mover / Helpers will start and end shifts at our Des Moines depot.

Responsibilities as a Mover / Helper:

• Move, pack and load customers' items onsite at their place of residence

• Act as the face of Clutter by delivering exceptional customer service

• Work as a team to complete 1-3 jobs per day

Requirements as a Mover / Helper:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent

• Weekend availability required

• As a Mover/Helper, you will be expected to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lb regularly

• You will be on your feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours/day)

• You will be expected to track and manage data using smartphone software

• You must have reliable transportation to and from work (Address: th Ave S, Des Moines, WA 98198)

• Experience with at least one of the following preferred: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor
