You are given a task and are expected to complete it by a deadline. No one is checking up on you every 5 minutes asking you, "so what are you working on?" You have the opportunity to disclose that every morning at the company's team meetings.

The company offers many benefits but allows the employee to choose the benefits that best suits that individual's unique situation through the ADP portal. Another great benefit is there is no micromanaging within the company. You are assigned a task and you are expected to complete the task to satisfaction by a deadline. No one is looking over your shoulder every 5 minutes asking you, "so what are you working on?"

Being a distributed team can be difficult, lonely and it requires a lot of self motivation.
