    Our tax team is seeking an administrative support professional, based our of our Lincolnshire headquarters. The Administrative Assistant will provide expertise in following processes and provide exemplary client service internally and externally. Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded as management may deem necessary from time to time. Exude professionalism and warmth as the “face of the team” when greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate team member or accepting documents, etc. Answer incoming calls and promptly respond to client inquiries as able or pass along to the appropriate parties. Intake and distribute incoming mail and package and ship outgoing mail using the appropriate carrier Receive, analyze, and digitize client documents while following firm policies and procedures for document sharing and filing. Ensure proper treatment of documents and distribution to the appropriate engagement team. Prepare deliverables for transmittal to clients consistent with firm's policies and procedures, including reviewing for accuracy, packaging paper deliverables and utilizing firm software to transmit electronic deliverables. Update client databases to ensure firm-wide accuracy and create specialized reports as needed for management. Assist the Tax Training & Development Committee with overseeing Continued Professional Education (CPE) requirements for virtual and in-person sessions, including, but not limited to: Attending sessions to administer polling questions; Gathering attendance records; Distributing, collecting, and aggregating instructor evaluations; Other functions related to training , as needed Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
