The Childcare Assistant is a member of the teaching team who is responsible for the care and education of an assigned group of children; planning and implementing the curriculum, supervising children, communicating with parents, and providing a healthy and safe environment for children. HOME CARE PHYSICAL THERAPIST The Physical Therapist provides services in accordance with agency policies. Swim Instructor/Lifeguard The Swim Instructor/Lifeguard position is a part-time dual role, whose main objective is teaching learn-to-swim programs, as well as surveillance of pool participants, and enforcing pool regulations and water safety policies. Prior teaching experience not required. Must have a current ARC Lifeguard Certification. Duties include but are not limited to: Lifeguard duties -Maintaining continuous surveillance of people in the pool to ensure that they are swimming within the safety protocols -Ensuring appropriate headcount of people involved in a watersport on an hourly basis -Spotting hazards or potential hazards and taking measures to prevent accidents -Controlling and reporting unruly behavior and evict individuals not adhering to behavior protocols -Performing rescues in the event of drowning or swimming accidents including CPR and AED if needed - Assists with chlorine residual water tests and with records and charts of water tests and records of accidents, -Checking safety of rescue tubes and buoys and perform needed maintenance - Assists in cleaning the pool and related facilities and equipment Swim Instructor duties -Teach learn-to-swim programs. Teaching swimming techniques and safety education to new swimmers -Creating and executing ideas on how to increase attendance in classes -Instructs or assists classes in fundamentals of swimming as needed. - Provide a fun and educational swim lesson experience for both participants and parents. - Provide exemplary customer service ensuring the best swim lesson experience for the participants and parents. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including communication skills with students, parents and facility staff. - Attend all training sessions and any additional staff meetings. - Complete all appropriate lesson paperwork during shift. - Must have Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification

These leadership teams will work to create home, community, family, and provide Residents with the highest quality of life and quality of care in a household model of care. Residents will be provided by a team of household staff working in an environment that supports their personal growth and job satisfaction. The Clinical Nurse Leaders and Household Coordinators will form a Neighborhood Council which will serve all households in a guiding and supporting role under the guidance of the Vice President, Nursing and the Administrator. The Clinical Nurse Leader performs nursing duties within the scope of practice as defined by the State of Connecticut and provides nursing care to household Residents in accordance with the Core Values of Mozaic Senior Life and practices within the scope of the role of RN/LPN. The Clinical Nurse Leader assumes the responsibility for the overall delivery of care and supports the household team to ensure quality of care and quality of life. The role of a Front Desk Staff position is part time, in which the main responsibilities are to happily greet and check in members, assist with prospective members, and provide locker keys and towels. Must have a willingness and desire to be part of a team environment. No experience required. Hours vary, depending on the shift. Prepare daily deposits, post cash and any corrections to claims to ensure integrity of account information. Prepare, review, and send patient statements monthly. Review billing reports to ensure proper billing procedures are followed based on federal and state rules and regulations. Research and resolve all Third-party collection related activities. Identify and resolve billing questions or insurance related issues. Research overpayments, record adjustments to accounts as needed. Respond to inquiries from outside agencies and insurance companies to assist in claim payment processing. Process all patient and third-party correspondence, including requests for copies of claims, statements, and initiate refunds. Daily verification of all Medicare & Insurance admissions. Organize and carryout appropriate group activities and one-to-one sessions to enhance sensory motor, cognitive and psychosocial skills. 2. Complete documentation of resident/patient assessment, progress notes, attendance MED A documentation, and discharge summaries in compliance with State and Federal regulations. 3. Input MDS/care plan data and attend RCP meetings. 4. Transport resident to and from scheduled activity area. Prepare activity area. 5. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies and notify Coordinator of needs. 6. Drive JHE vehicles as required for outings; attend and participate in a variety of staff meetings. Maintain regular attendance. 7. The Music Therapist/TRD will exhibit leadership qualities, mentor residents, and engage them when participating in recreation programs. The Music Therapist/TRD will mentor Music Therapy interns. 8. The Music Therapist/TRD will demonstrate the ability to facilitate group process and will also be able to manage the interpersonal needs of the residents. 9. The Music Therapist/TRD will demonstrate the ability to assess and document the needs and progress of the residents. 10. The Music Therapist/TRD will participate on Resident community outings as required, demonstrating Resident safety. 11. The Music Therapist/TRD will maintain necessary credentials to provide Music Therapy to the Residents/Patients. 12. Other related duties as assigned.
