As our next Director of Product Management, Generative AI, you'll lead the strategy to build AI-first experiences that make people more productive, focused, and fulfilled online. You'll shape the vision, define the roadmap, and drive execution on products that help users solve real problems, faster and smarter while staying true to Firefox's core values of privacy, transparency, and user control. What you'll bring: Extensive Product Management Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with a consistent track record of success. Strong team leadership: 5+ years of direct PM management experience AI Experience: Experience in launching customer-facing features and platforms that leverage AI. Own and evolve the Affiliate/KOL platform, including accurate attribution and payouts, creator earnings dashboards, promo and asset libraries, partner APIs, and fraud/abuse controls, to drive creator activation and revenue. Define the platform strategy that increases engagement and retention from day one by powering push, email, and in-app; unlocking self-serve for Marketing and Product; enabling A/B/n tests of triggers, timing, and content; and delivering team-owned improvements tied to clear KPIs.
