Tim serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MPAC Healthcare.

Prior to launching MPAC Healthcare, Tim spent over 10 years in management consulting working domestically and internationally with companies in various stages of their life cycle. Most recently, Tim was a Director in the Chicago office of Conway MacKenzie, a nationwide premier financial advisory firm. Tim’s role involved the financial and operational management of turnaround and restructuring strategies for companies in various industries and stages of distress. In addition, Tim has held interim financial and operational leadership roles with multiple clients over his career. Tim left Conway MacKenzie to become a founding member of MPAC Healthcare and serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

Tim holds a Bachelors degree in International Business and Accounting from St. Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Tim is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.

Mike serves as MPAC Healthcare’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer to oversee the development and execution of a financial strategy that coincides with the Company’s operational and strategic goals.

Prior to joining MPAC Healthcare, Mike was a Director at Conway MacKenzie, a national premier financial advisory firm, where he specialized in providing turnaround and crisis management, and financial restructuring services to distressed businesses. Mike served in various capacities while servicing clients including cash management, operational analysis, and financial modeling. Mike also spent five years at KPMG LLP, a Big Four global accounting firm, where he performed and coordinated financial statement audits for both public and non-public financial services and insurance clients.

Mike holds both a bachelors and master’s degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and has passed all parts of the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor exam.

Dr. Gwen Pessis Gola is the Chief Business Development Officer at MPAC Healthcare. Dr. Pessis Gola brings a diversified wealth of healthcare knowledge to MPAC Healthcare, having spent her career in academic, research, clinical and business roles. Gwen is a published researcher, has taught neurological clinical skills classes at The Chicago Medical School/FUHS and has managed rehabilitation departments at various facilities across the country. Dr. Pessis Gola completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University, her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at The Chicago Medical School/FUHS and was trained in neurological rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. When not working, Gwen enjoys spending time with her family and friends and competing in triathlons.

Dr. Sean Cannone serves as the Chief Medical Officer at MPAC Healthcare. He graduated from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio in 1997 and is board certified in Family Medicine. His entire clinical career has been dedicated to caring for patients in the Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Care setting. He is certified as a medical director by AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine and has served as the medical director for more than 20 LTC entities including: Skilled Nursing Facilities, CCRC’s, as well as Home Health & Hospice companies.

Dr. Cannone was a founding member of Consortium Concepts, LLC an Ohio-based LTC company specializing in medical education, geriatric formulary development, and consulting/advisory services. Additionally, he serves as Clinical Professor of Geriatric Medicine for the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Cannone has served as SVP & Executive Medical Director of Medical Operations and Post-Acute Care for Evolution Health, a population health company (and subsidiary of Envision Healthcare) based in Dallas, TX. He has also served as the Chief Medical Officer for Trident USA Health’s Mobile Clinical Services group.

Most recently, Dr. Cannone served as a State Medical Director for Optum in Ohio.

Dr. Cannone currently resides in Akron, Ohio with his wife of 25 years, Jody, and their four children: Emily, Audrey, Aiden & Evan. In his personal time, he enjoys playing the guitar, golfing, and being with his family.
