In this vital role, you will be responsible the physical production of products, as well as supports with training and cross training of team members. Shift Available: First Shift- 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday ________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Wiring, soldering, electrical testing, electrical assembly, and sub-assembly of medical device applications within a climate and particulate controlled environment. Complying with electrostatic discharge standards and requirements, and with the ISO class 5 clean room standards. Using precision torque tools and following electrical assembly work instructions. Verifying work other assembler's work to quality standards. Troubleshooting equipment, and assembly builds as required. Act as a technical resource to electrical assembly team members to address and resolve inquires and problems and provide feedback to supervisors on recurring/major performance issues. Assist with scheduling and directing the clean room and the electrical assembly team member under the supervision of the Electrical Assembly Supervisor. Guiding the team with new and existing projects by following work instructions as given and training the team on new projects. Coordinating daily work schedules, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively to meet production goals. Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed by MPE, Customer, ISO, and/or FDA standards. Based on workload mix, responsible for the mechanical final assembly and/or subassembly operations of medical products on an assembly line. Following all safety efforts in the work center with the consistent demonstration of proper PPE and adherence to all safety regulations and requirements. Maintaining a consistent 6S workplace through consistent housekeeping efforts. ________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
